Alphatec is based in Parsippany, in Morris County, and most of our jobs are still within a short drive of the shop. Here's where we're focused right now, and where we're headed next.
We started in Morris County and that's still home base — but at this point we run regular routes into the counties around it too. Below are the areas where we have the most jobs on the ground and can usually get someone out for an estimate within a few days.
If your town isn't listed yet, that doesn't mean we won't take the job. It means we haven't built out a page for it. We still cover most of New Jersey and take on select projects across the state line in New York — the fastest way to find out is to ask.
Home base. Parsippany, Morristown, Randolph, Denville, Rockaway, Boonton, Montville, and the towns around them.
Newark, Montclair, West Orange, Livingston, Millburn, Maplewood, and the surrounding towns.
More counties are on the way, including Sussex, Union, Somerset, and Bergen. If you're in one of those areas now, reach out — there's a good chance we're already taking jobs there.
We also take on projects across the state line in New York, mostly close to the New Jersey border. Tell us your town when you request a quote and we'll let you know if it's in range.
Most of our work is in Morris, Essex, and Passaic counties, but we take on jobs elsewhere in New Jersey and New York depending on the scope. A bigger commercial job is worth a longer drive; a single camera on a house much further out may not be.
For most of North Jersey, no — travel is already built into how we estimate. If a job is far enough out that it changes the numbers, we'll say so on the estimate, not after.
In Morris County it's usually within a few days. Outside of that it depends on our schedule that week, but we'll give you a real timeframe when you reach out, not a runaround.
